Axisleasing LLC, with support from state-owned Ukreximbank, signed a financial lease with municipal enterprise “Elektroavtotrans” of Ivano-Frankivsk City Council to finance the city’s purchase of nine passenger buses.
Adding new buses to the municipal fleet will improve passenger service quality and expand route coverage on the hromada’s public transport network.
“Under Ukreximbank’s financial lease programme, in the total amount of EUR 750,000 (equivalent), the city has acquired four MAZ buses from Belarus and five from the Turkish manufacturer Guleryuz.
These buses are comfortable and fully accessible: they are low-floor and designed to carry passengers with limited mobility. Their compact size also allows them to use narrow streets in towns and surrounding villages safely.
Axisleasing previously helped finance the purchase of seven modern passenger buses for Uzhhorod and 23 for Mykolaiv.
